Darigold Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients:
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 baking soda
3/4 baking powder
2 eggs, unbeaten
2 cups buttermilk (or more)
1/4 cups melted butter

Mix all dry ingredients together

Add two eggs

Pour in two cups of buttermilk

Add melted butter
Stir all ingredients together

Pour batter on skillet

Done when brown on both sides

I also made a blackberry sauce to go over the pancakes.
I used a bag of frozen blackberries with about a half cup of water.
When it's bubbling, mix and add cornstarch to thicken it.
And its a perfect sauce to pour over pancakes
Whipping cream and blackberry sauce over pancakes!
YUM!!
Report and Comments:
Everything went well. I used almost the whole carton of buttermilk because the mixture was very thick. This is a very easy recipe to make. I used to make it with my mom all the time when I was little, my favourite was to scooped the batter on the skillet. I made these pancakes for supper because my brother Nathan came home today from college and he loves pancakes. Nathan had a friend over, Billy, he loved the pancakes, he even had thirds! My mom liked them too. We all thought it was a delicious supper.
